Admission of the selected students will be confirmed only after they have deposited the college admission, tuition and other fees as prescribed, within specified days of announcement of the result. If a seat is not confirmed by due date, it will be offered to the next candidate on the waiting list. Once a student is admitted in the college, his Matric, FSc and other certificates will be sent to the concerned Board / University / Institution for verification. If the documents are found incorrect the students will be expelled from the college and his / her fees /dues will not be refunded.
Admission of the Candidate will be Cancelled
1. If it is found at any stage of MBBS course that the candidate was not entitled for admission according to the medical & dental institutions admission policy of the Punjab
2. If candidate is found medically unfit at any stage of MBBS course.
3. If candidate fails to report for admission and deposit the fee on due date.
4. If any document/information provided by candidate is found false/fake/fabricated at any stage of MBBS admissions as well as during the course of studies.
Note: The college administration reserves the right of admission and can cancel / reject any application at any stage without assigning reason.
Applicants are advised to study carefully the rates of various fees to be paid to the college, before making an application for admission. They have to ensure that sufficient financial arrangements exist for a course of study that lasts for at least 5 years for MBBS.
All students coming from foreign countries will have to pay their fees in US dollars. Furthermore, whether or not foreign national, all students whose sustaining parents source of income is outside Pakistan, will be required to pay foreign rate of tuition fee in US dollars. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Accounts Department of the college may be contacted for details of information relating to fee structure for Pakistani Nationals, Overseas Pakistanis, Foreign Nationals and Hostel Charges.
Filling the Application Form
Candidates are requested to fill up the Admission Form completely in all respects. The Form should be submitted and sent by courier at the College address. Do not forget to write the College number at the bottom of the address on the envelope.

7) Copy of Domicile
The applicant / guardian will be required to sign declaration confirming that the information provided in the application form is correct.
Note: No Admission Form will be accepted after the due date.
Relative weightage of all the components of the admission process, academic achievements in matriculation, intermediate or its equivalents/degree examination, entrance test or its alternatives, interviews and other accomplishments, are added up to arrive at the final merit list. The top applicants on the merit list will be invited, in writing, tojoin the first year MBBS class. No formal waiting list will be announced, but all the remaining applicants stay on the waiting list. Any dropouts from the class will be replaced from the waiting list on merit, until the end of the first fortnight of the first term.
Applicants will be informed of the selection individually by letter mailed at the residence address provided with the application forms. Those candidates selected will have to submit their dues promptly on the prescribed dates.
I - Local Students:
The candidates applying for admission must have passed the HSSC/FS.c (Pre-Medical) examination from a Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Pakistan with not less than 60% unadjusted marks (660/1100).
II - Foreign Students:
The examination is recognized as equivalent to Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) (Intermediate levels) by the Inter-Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC). It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to settle their cases with IBCC and should get equivalence certificate from IBCC only for recognition of their qualification.
a. The score of the candidate in HSSC equivalent examination should not be less than 660/1100 (60%) marks according to the formula laid down by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).
b. A candidate shall not be eligible for admission if he/she has not studied and passed the subjects of Chemistry, Biology and Physics/Mathematics in his/her 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th Grade/O & A level or other equivalent examination recognized by the IBCC. He/she must have passed English as a subject at O or A level.
c. As per the regulations of Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC), the equivalence of IBCC in the above terms shall be accepted in aggregate and the candidate shall be eligible for admission irrespective of study group mentioned on his/her equivalence certificate.
